I am a Personal Injury Lawyer and founder of Fountain Law Firm serving seriously injured clients throughout all of Central Indiana.

Before long it will be two decades since I decided to devote my career to helping people injured through the fault of others get the just compensation they deserve. My name is Merry Fountain and I was injured in a car accident and suffered from neck pain, facial scarring and a broken hand. Based on my negative experience with the insurance industry and legal system, I pledged to make that career change. I put myself through law school while working full-time.
